It’s summer time. It iss hot outside and honestly I’m not the type to sit by the pool and read because I get too hot. But I do love a book with a cover that embodies everything about summer like these books below:
- Guava and Grudges by. Alexis Castellanos – this is an arc I just got! I love the title. Guavas remind me of my childhood.
- The Break-Up Pact by. Emma Lord – this book cover is summer personified.
- The Summer Swap by. Sarah Morgan – this is all things beach house summer.
- The Guncle Abroad by. Steven Rowley – a traveling abroad kind of summer book cover.
- This Summer Will be Different by. Carley Fortune – I’ve been wanting to read a book by this author! Hopefully soon!
- The Paradise Problem by. Christina Lauren – green and tropical, my kind of summer since I live somewhere tropical.
- Ciao For Now by. Kate Bromley – this book cover makes me think of Italy and how hot it was when I went with my husband 10 years ago.
- Just For the Summer by. Abby Jimenez – pure summer at the lake kind of book cover.
- The Rule Book by. Sarah Adams – I threw this one in because of the palm tree. It looks summery to me!

I love sitting by the pool or the sea reading providing that I have a giant sunshade. The only one of these that I’ve read is the Sarah Morgan which I loved.
