I haven’t picked up a book all weekend because I’ve been streaming Taylor Swift’s new album and trying to decode the lyrics – it’s been a grower for me but so good! I can’t believe we are almost at the end of April. My daughter is going to be busy with her tap recital being next week so we have stage rehearsals this week. Not sure if I’ll finish any books this week but I do have an audiobook I can listen to.

What are you currently reading?

The Mirror of Beasts by. Alexandra Bracken – 2% in

Not Another Love Song by. Julie Soto – 2% in

King of Greed by. Ana Huang – 21% in and it’s taking me awhile reading this because I’m in a slump.

What have you just finished reading?

Six of Sorrow by. Amanda Linsmeier – ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💫

  1. TTPD is a grower, for sure! I’ve only just started giving the second half of the album more of a listen and I feel like that’ll take more time to grow on me but I’m loving the first 16 songs at least! 😍 I also can’t believe it’s almost the end of April. I feel like I still have so much to read!? I hope you enjoy your current reads and your daughter has a great dance recital!

    1. Thanks Dini! Yes definitely a grower and I feel the same, I only just started really listening to the 2nd part – I mean it is a lot of songs to try and feel out. But I’m loving it! Thanks – dance recital is next weekend so we have rehearsals and meetings 😅 so I’m busy with that for sure.
