My kiddos started off the week sick with a cold so they’ve been home with me. At least I got some reading done in between being Nurse Mom. 😅 I even treated myself to a new release – The Ballad of Never After!

I did not get a lot of reading done at all this past week, even though it was a holiday weekend! My daughter had a cold, and I had just so many things to do. My broken sprinkler pipe needed fixing so I had to deal with that – so yeah…too busy and too tired to read lately. Hopefully I can get back into the groove this weekend.

I slowed down a bit the past week because there was a lot of things going on with my kids getting back to school. So I just need a find a rhythm with summer being over. I’ll have more time to read when my daughter starts school on Monday!
