The second of week of May is here and I am struggling to finish some books, mostly because I lack time and motivation – it’s been such a busy month already. Audiobooks are helping me finish some books, which is great, but yes…would love to cross some books off my list this week.

It’s May and this Saturday is my daughter’s first ballet recital and this thing has taken up all of my thoughts in April and now all this week as I go around getting everything she needs, etc…so…I have no motivation to read this week! lol…

I got some books come in from Book Outlet (my last order was lost in the mail – boo!). I also got some online library books that became available to me so I’m trying to read those before my borrowing time is expired. Did you get any good books this week?

Night of the Raven , Dawn of the Dove is an audiobook I’m listening to and I’m 63% done. I still have a hard time concentrating on details especially when my kids start making a ruckus while I’m listening lol. But at least I’m almost done with it!

The Last Tale of the Flower Bride is a DNF for me. I got to about 20% in and was just not in the mood! I don’t think I’ll pick it up again – it’s not for me.

We are almost done with Spring Break – boo! It’s been a busy week with my husband home, it’s so hard adjusting to jet lag and then immediately flying out again in 3 days. But we are having fun and making the most of it! Hope you all are having a good week!
