Today is my daughter’s 7th birthday! We’re going to the arcade and have dinner. And then we’ll celebrate with family on Saturday, which is when her dad goes back to Okinawa. I haven’t had anytime to really read since I had caught a cold and wasn’t feeling 100%. I’m hoping to finish
What are you currently reading?
ASAP by. Axie Oh – no progress on this one
A Place for Vanishing by. Ann Fraistat – no progress on this one
If I Promise You Wings by. A. K. Small – no progress on this one
Ruthless Vows by. Rebecca Ross – 20% into this one! I’m enjoying it a lot but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to rush and finish it before 2023 ended – but nah I figure it’s better to take my time and finish it this week.
What have you just finished reading?

Thanks! I’m better – thank goodness, it was a mild cold, but it’s always the cough that is the most annoying because it affects me at night.

Thank you! My cold was mild thank goodness but yes my kids were sick for most of December! 😦 I hope all of you are well!
Same here! Thank goodness, I think we are on the other end of it. Although, my kid goes back to preschool on Monday. Can’t wait to see what he brings home next week. haha
That’s what I told my hubby and friends – I said okay kids go back to school on Tuesday and sounds like my friends at work have coworkers coming down with covid or flu so I am not looking forward to what they catch and bring home again. 😩
Yeah, same! Covid is going rampant here right now. I’m pretty sure it’s what we all had. Although, we kept testing negative but my family was positive and we saw them a few days before. Maybe we will be a bit immune for a bit. Good luck to us all when the kids go back!
